A poor sewer company is storing illegal toxins at the treatment plant. If these toxins would get into the sewer network, a lot of people could die. Being aware of this, a group of extremist movement members have come up with a plan to take out the treatment facility. If successful, this attack would most certainly bankrupt the company and thus effectively eliminate the threat.

Attackers can either plant a bomb near the main generator of the facility. If destroyed, the facility would lose all of it's power. Or, they can plant a bomb near the main pipe line. Taking out the main pipe line would destroy a lot of the sewer network.

The FBI have found out about this attack plan, and have sent a team to apprehend the extremists before it's too late.
