[Abandoned] Stronger Advanced AI Starts [2.8.*]

Beskrivning
This mod is no longer being updated by me, sorry! Anyone interested is free to take the current code and update/improve it themselves.

Mod updated and uploaded with permission from ButtJunkie. (Original Mod)

This mod makes boosts the starting power of 'Advanced AIs' by giving them more systems, planets, population, more-established colonies, and larger fleets. You'll have to start a fresh game with it to experience the changes. It won't ruin pre-existing or later saves and is only needed during the initial generation of the galaxy.

On average the advanced AI civs will start with 9 to 14 systems, up to 60-70 pops, and around 15 to 25 extra ships, along with a few extra districts and buildings.

There's currently a problem with the system spawns - the AI seems to only sometimes get extra systems. It's not something I can fix unless I code in some hacky logic manually.

Version: 2.8.*
Ironman: No.
Can be added to saves: Will have no effect.
Can be removed from saves: Yes.

Not compatible with mods that overwrite the following events in game_start.txt:
  • game_start.6
  • game_start.22
  • game_start.23

Hi Unordinal. Can you please see if this mod needs updating? As you know it is one of my must have mods. Thanks!

Thank you as always!

Updated to 2.7. There's currently an issue it appears I can't fix which is sometimes preventing AI from getting the extra systems from this mod. Extra resources, pops, ships, districts and colonies look to be unaffected.

It may be a different mod i have enabled messing with it, but it appears this does not work in 2.7

I second the request to update (if any updates are required). I never play a game without this mod!
