Midland 'Spinner' 4-2-2

So the Midland Spinner mod was amongst my first mods for TpF2, and I finally have gotten around to updating it and fixing some bugs.

The description that was here before was pants so here's something better.

In the 1890s, Single wheelers were going out of fashion, but then a clever boi learned that sand can increase traction, so they briefly came back into fashion.

This HANDSOME 4-2-2 was the creation of MR's CME Johnson, who also created other engines but that's not this one so it doesn't matter.
