Yes, you can also add anything that isn't by using sandbox mode if you desire. I currently stream this map over on Twitch also every weekend.

Hope so, my first map for Hawaii seems to work just fine, so I've made this one the same way and then added Industries. If you get a little stuck for Industries you may need to opt into Sandbox and add a few extra ones if you run low.
