Greetings, harbourmasters! I hope I find you ready to ship some mad volume...

Ahem. Welcome to the Southampton & Portsmouth map. A sprawling collection of real world locations set in one of the busiest shipping ports in the world. This map takes more of an industry focus, but theres nothing to stop you from recreating networks past and present, or just going it your own way.

* Medium size 1:2, temperate map
* A generous 37 towns with 18 accepting industry
* Low terrain with some bumpiness
* Perfect map for shipping
* Optimised industry placement based on a theoretical late game demand calculation

I can see the potential for a cross-channel shipping scenario - already looking into this. It will require a larger map...

Well, that saved me working on my map of The Solent, when I return home then. ;-)

Unable to look at the map in game yet, as I'm on holiday.
Can I ask, how much of the Isle of Wight is on the map? Cheers.
