The Intercity 225 was a high speed train built for use on the East Coast Mainline between 1988 and 1991. A total of 31 11-unit sets were built at Crewe by BREL. They were designed for a maximum speed of 140mph (225kmh), hence the name, however due to siganlling restrictions they never fulfilled their potential, being limited to 125mph along with the Intercity 125 sets.

Apologies for the quality of 111, they are photos of the side of the loco, which I have warped and corrected to fit the side of my model, so quality is not stellar.

All liveries have been made and will be released over the coming days, with 33 liveries in all! Stay Tuned!

I play on medium textures which use lower resolution mipmaps, so sorry that the screenshots look a little blurry!
