I was actually planning to do the DLCs first but I accidentally overwrote my save file lol.
But we'll see, I didn't think I could do Baldur's Gate 3 on Honour mode either (which is 1-save on the hardest difficulty) but I managed it in the end ^^ but it's a totally different game so idk xD
Most likely sometime this year, finally, I will be attempting the run & will also be doing a Part 2 guide covering the Mein Leben runs for the main Campaign & the DLCs in more detail. I have a few "no death playthroughs" done for a few games now... but the Main Campaign for Wolfentsein 2 has always been mega intimidating to me. I enjoy living vicariously celebrating other people's success beating it haha.
Now I'm actually not sure anymore if you could always skip the prerendered ones anyway?
I died twice on the courthouse sadly... sending me back a little bit. It was frustrating at times... but once I got past that part, it was difficulty, but not impossible to reach the final battle... it was that final battle that almost sent me over the edge. I think I finished it with 13hp... the sweat dripping of me was terrible hahaha
I also paused for a little break here and there, to not stress myself out but man... that game was SOLID and that is what I miss so much from game's nowadays
I also had Wolfenstein 2: TNC on my backlog of games to complete to 100%. I last played in 2017 and only, only have came back to it in 2025 to finally nab my last achievements. I wasn't mentally ready back then, took me 8 years haha!
All of your guides are always, ALWAYS on point. If anyone else was wanting a 100% in this game, I would send them right here!
As you said "It was one of your first guides when you were still figuring out how to write them" - personally, I had no issue at all following. If you could make this any better laid out... my brain would enter a new form of existence, haha!
Again, thank you so much man! Another game ticked off my list of backlog build up and now I am ready to follow along with another one of your guides, hehehehehehe!!!!
I would, hand's down follow your guide for it if you had one but those videos are excellent!
I also just obtained my 100% as of 10:25am, 21/04/25!! Yes, that's correct... I stayed up all night re-playing the campaign on MEIN LEBEN and man... that rush... every corner I turned, every encounter I was in... all of the games mechanics came into play. I will say... I did die on the courthouse encounter 2 times haha, but the video guide helped me out on the HARD encounters.
Took me around 12/13 hours to do MEIN LEBEN... can't lie... kinda glad it's finally done!
The episodes, apart from G Joe, were really easy. Roughly 15 minutes for silent death and 50 or so for captain wilkins. Joe was the hardest by far, took me about 1h 20mins. Personally, I would not blame you for not being mentally there yet for the base game.... it has drained me... especially that courthouse encounter haha
