@fryman if you want to ban the knife from prop use just ban the following models and they won't be able to use it.

models/weapons/w_knife_ct.mdl
models/weapons/w_knife_t.mdl

I would make sure that the map is correctly downloaded. Try unsubcribing then resubscribing. The floor is a custom texture and will only show up if the map is correctly downloaded.
