*No other games/addons needed*

A small office built in a retro kind of way. A nice circular staircase in the centre of the map connects the smaller rooms, but there are also some air vents to sneak upon your enemies from behind (or above!).

- lots of props all over the place
- insight into an old office were everybody was still addicted to cigarettes and booze
- a bosses' office which reveals he might be somewhat egocentric
- goats! Well... on the blackboard, this isn't goat simulator!
- working mirrors!
- vending machines! You can buy some coke and other cold drinks if you like (not that they work, but whatever).
- lot's of toilets! In case you drank too much coke ;)
- air vents all over the place! Yes, you can practically go from the small garbage dump outside all the way up to the boss' office via the air vent system
- a cafeteria, in case you are hungry. They serve cake, melons and, of course, beer!
- there is a small place outside too! You can enjoy looking at that "nice" background village, or watch your eyes burn when looking into the sun for too long!
- It might even contain a few secret hiding places

It's recommended for playing TTT, but other games are playable too, like murder and prophunt (although it might not work smoothly). The map has a medium size, good for playing with 4-20 players.

*This map contains custom models from an old Gmod12 addon, I don't deserve any credit for these models as they are not mine. The models (from fallout 3 btw) can also be used in sandbox.*
