This mod completely reworks NPC dialogue panel and sign editing panel. Inspired by the mobile version.
Text scrolling is added. You can hold left to make it scroll faster.
Mods that also modified NPC dialogue panel might not work with this mod.
If issues happend, please leave a comment on this mod's Steam Workshop page.

Modders can custom the button icons displayed for their NPCs easily or access the drawing of the panel to draw their own things by using Mod.Call in PostSetupContent.

If i disabled Infernum everything works fine.

this is most likely Dialect Mod causing that, which Mod of Redemption uses.
the Dialect mod creator is in the process of making it more compatible with this mod, and the patch should be out anytime before New Years.
