BR Mark 1 Coaches Historical Age Fix

Description
For use with PlaneSimple's original Mark 1 mod.

You may have noticed that the Mark 1s are all available at the same time - Intercity Executive available in the 50s, but missing in the late 80s just didn't feel right for me, and also cluttered the menus.

This mod gives ALL Mark 1s correct start and end dates, I like to use the start/end date to ensure I'm using accurate liveries for the era, for example I might not have known the difference between the 2 variations of Royal Mail Travelling Post Office livery. One ranges from 1986 to 1990, and the other 1990 to 2004 when the TPO concluded. Not a single livery has gone unaltered. Please note this mod is still compatible with the No End Date mod.

@Hex most of the time was spent procrastinating - a whole half year gap between the mainline passenger coaches and the post/goods coaches in fact, notepad++ mass replace tool came in clutch here!

@mongolteiko thanks, enjoy!
