She isn't in the official main Ubisoft Connect app, so, you don't have to worry about her, if you think that Ubisoft is just being cheesy and dumb about including her.

Now this mobile app is a waterdown version of the main Ubisoft Connect launcher, therefore, this guide will be light.



I know, back then circa 2018, Ubisoft had ONE job. Just one job and it's to rehire Mike to do the voice.


Note: Blah, blah, this butler bot used to be around, back when this app was known as "Ubisoft Club" and she was phone exclusive by the time that I was troubleshooting/beta-ing her. Lastly, she's gender neutral, I only called Sam a "her" due to her feminine voice at the time.

Don't Forget To

After installing the app, this message pops up, there one can make a Ubisoft Connect account or if they're a member, log back in.

Or connect consoles, phones, and other launchers.

PSA Note:
The app is handy to log in to make sure that Ubisoft won't delete your account. They do that because they wanna comply with the local data protection legistration. Be sure to buy a few games to lessen the account deletion chances (Buying games isn't a full proof plan, since Ubisoft is accident prone and will delete your account by accident).

This disguised gamertag is my actual Osu! and Among Us gamertags, I go by a different name here.

This is the "desktop" scene that will be the first thing one will see after opening up the app, here, is where the news, what you or your friends' gaming "stats" (like when a friend or you start a game, earn achievements).

Note: By scrolling down, there's a thumbsup icon that one can click if ya enjoy the news and all the cool stuff that you and your friends have done.

Mine showed a blank several, upon several years ago, it wasn't fixed (and I was too lazy to run to tech support), until, now-ish, I redownload this app and I see my stuff.

This is where your friendlists are located and can chat, the Chat is Discord lite - Only doing the bare essentials.




After clicking on the Start Chat your friendlist will show up to make a group chat and go.







This where one can accept/ denied.



The Doll with the + icon where you can just search for people by their UC gamertags.

This is where the notes and alerts pop out.

This is where you can see your Ubisoft Coins are.

Here's how to obtain them:

• Play games.
  
• Buy games, DLCs, or something from the Ubisoft Store.

Note: These virtual coins need to be redeem fast, if ya have something that you want, like some wallpaper or skin. Because they expire after two years.

This is like the main menu, but it only streamlines only showing the news.


Free Events



This will take ya to the main website/UC account where they'll be giving information, like the latest, beta-testing, game trials, f2p games and other sorts of news.

Units Expiration


Tapping here will automatically log you into your main Ubisoft account just to show how much Units that ya have will last and some extra details.


Account Management



Mainly how to change, fix and tweak your account information on the go, like changing the profile pic. However, doing this will take you to the main Ubisoft Connect account/website.
