Remade eastcoast for the Brightmoor project.

Features

- Removed strange HL2 posters
- The map is highly optimized
- Stormfox support
- Removed unnecessary props
- Added 2 new rooms
- Other changes and improvements
- Spawn moved to the subway
- completely redesigned cinema hall (now it's a theater)
- shutters in the premises CAN NOW BE CLOSED!
- A huge admin zone (With an Easter egg that you won't understand)

I downloaded css and i still get these errors in this version and in the original map
