Description
This mod strengthens some relatively obscure items in the game and the items I think should be strengthened. If you have some items you want to strengthen, please leave a message. Maybe I will add them? Anyway thank you for your subscription!

Sorry, but my English is very poor, so I used machine translation to write English profiles and revised it as much as I could.
The following are the changes made by this mod to items in the game:

Shadow Thurible:
It emits light of the same size as the lantern when being held and can expel shadow creatures.
Feather Hat:
Provide sanity recovery effect(+40/min),and the durability is reduced to 8 minutes(Reference from Hamlet's unused Item Peagawk Hat)
Moggles:
It will not disappear when the durability is exhausted, but it cannot be equipped until the fuel is added (the same below)
Magiluminescence:
It will not disappear when the durability is exhausted.
One-man Band:
It will not disappear when the durability is exhausted,Nightmare fuel can be used to supplement durability(25%)
Morning Star:
It will not disappear when the durability is exhausted,Electric Milk(16.67%) or Moongleam(50%)can be used to supplement durability
Strident Trident:
It will not disappear when the durability is exhausted,Kelp Fronds can be used to supplement durability(10%);
Merm will not attack the player holding it
Pick/Axe:
Now unlock its recipe with blueprint,the blueprint is obtained by killing Ancient Guardian;
Durability increased to 1000, attack power reduced to 27.2;
The working efficiency is 2.5 times that of the axe and 2 times that of the pickaxe;
Players can cut trees as fast as Woodie when equipping it.
Cookie Cutter Cap:
Change recipe(Cookie Cutter Shell*10,Tentacle Spots*10,Rope*4);
Fully waterproof;
The player wearing it can disperse Cookie Cutter outside a certain range
Premier Gardeneer Hat:
Speed up sowing and harvesting when players equip (Reference from Gorge's Webber)
Night Light:
Lighting range increased to 14(Reference from Shipwrecked's Obsidian Fire Pit);
When ignited, there is a 50% chance to generate a Crawling Nightmare every 20 seconds;
Moon Dial:
It can be used as water source in the forest world that the moonphase is not new moon or not blowing moon storms
(The water in moon dial will be crystallized when the world is blowing moon storms);
Salt Lick:
Nitre(25%) or Salt Crystals(37.5%)can be used to supplement durability;
Top Hat:
When Maxwell equips it, his own sanity aura (+6.25/min) returns to DS level (+20/min)
Thulecite Medallion:
Reduce the effect of insanity aura by an additional 25% when it is placed in the inventory
Grass Suit:
The durability is reduced to 25% of the original;
Increase movement speed by 15% when equipping(Reference from Forge's Feathered Reed Tunic);
Salt Box:
Add a fuel tank to provide - 25% freshness recovery effect when there is fuel. After the fuel is exhausted, it will be the same as the original salt box;
Full fuel can last for 32 minutes;
Fuel can be added with Salt Crystals (12.5%) or Seasoning Salt (25%)
Horticulture, Expanded:
Put it in the ancient archives and decrypt it to get the earliest Applied Horticulture;
Snurtle Shell Armor and Shelmet:
Slurtle Slime can be used to supplement durability(14.3% for Snurtle Shell Armor,20% for Shelmet)

Withdraw the changes to its waterproof and recipe,now it will only threaten the cookie cutter outside a certain range.

Cat Cap:
When you wear it to hire the catcoon, the catcoon will follow you for three times as long(144 seconds)

Now Maxwell, Wickerbottom, Wortox and Wanda can use it to unlock the recipes unlocked by Shadow Manipulator

Will not be attacked by bees when collecting honey in bee box
The Lazy Explorer:
It will not disappear after the durability is exhausted, but it will lose the transmission ability(Can still accelerate);
Nightmare fuel can be used to supplement durability(25%)

Here are some ideas for future updates for you:

Weather Pain: more durability (20 uses) and increased damage (17 like the cane)
Belt of Hunger: make more durable (10 days) and reduce hunger loss by 60%
Moggles: Increase durability to 3 days (24 minutes)
Dapper Vest: Increase sanity regeneration to +6.7/min and increase durability to 15 days
Hibearnation Vest: Increase durability to 10 days and reduce hunger loss by 40%
Summer Frest: increase durability to 10 days, increase sanity regeneration to +4/min, improve overheat defense from 120 to 180
Floral Shirt: increase sanity regeneration to 6.7/min
Houndius Shootius: increase health to 4,000, increase damage to 250
Morning Star and Bat Bat: Increase damage to 51
Scalemail: increase defense to 80%, double durability
Bone Helm: refill with nightmare fuel (25%), cancel destruction at 0% durability
Brush: should be infinite
