Description
The IDAP humanitarian camp was attacked by militants from Tura. Rescue IDAP workers in a quick, textbook hostage rescue operation.
Join the UNA peacekeepers squad and make a lightning assault on the town of Rissani where Tura militants are holding IDAP employees.

The general outline of this Straightforward Infantry Assault™ is as follows. As a member of the infantry squad, capture marked buildings in Rassani from the hands of the militants, avoiding injuring the IDAP workers. When all zones are cleared, cover the evacuation point and then retreat under fire to the vehicle in which you arrived at the scene.



Procedural generation is used in the mission to make it fresh and interesting on every playthrough.

Exact spawn positions of the enemies as well as their gear are randomized.
Furthermore when played in SP your squad has chance to be equiped with either Velko R4/R5 or SLR rifles as base weapon in the squad.


COOP mode is available for up to 6 players.

This is a short mission takes between 15 - 18 minutes to complete.

Just played this again, and really like it. Very well done, everything works. Impressed with how many enemies quickly attempt to exit buildings when player team near (more dynamic than typical static AI in buildings). Is that scripted?

Thanks for this. I had a blast playing this using SOG AI mod to control my squad. Very good mission.

Short and Sweet mission. I felt like a NATO peacekeeper. The only issue I had was when the CO and other units get stuck on a wall in SP mode.
