Item Range: 300403000 - 300403026

Concept: Public accessible chests, storage, doors and gates either for accesible admin builds, communal builds or just because you like to share.

CE-Helper compatible.

Items are admin spawnable or hammer buildable AFTER admin spawning and learning "Public Scroll" (id 300403000). It is up to the admin wether they want to hand this out. Player characters will still need the knowledge of the item before able to build it.
Items are accessible for everyone but only owners (or admins) can deconstruct.
