Silent Assassin
Perks:
    • Leg day (+7% movement speed)
    • Runs with Knives (+13% movement speed when running with a blade)
    • Stealthy (silent)

Airdrop:
  • Ninja (Katana, 2x Smoke Bomb, Caltrops) - 100 FUNC

Alternative Airdrops:
  • Chef (Cleaver, Armor, Damage Stimpack, Pepper Spray) - 80 FUNC
  • Smuggler (Kukri Knife, Backpack, Man Tracker) - 80 FUNC
  • Thief (Bowie Knife, Pepper Spray, Backpack, Snare) - 85 FUNC
  • Survivalist (Tactical Machete, Armor, Med Kit, Stamina Stimpack) - 100 FUNC
  • Stalker (Bowie Knife, Man Tracker, Stun Gun) - 100 FUNC

Description: Very good Build for backstabbing people since they won't hear you coming. Also good for closing distances to get into melee range or running away from lost fights. When starting the game, craft a knife for the added speed boost and protection. If you have the Ninja airdrop, you can throw your smoke bombs at enemies who have a range weapon to be able to close in while they are blind.

Pro:
  • Cheap
  • Guaranteed kill if you manage to surprise an enemy
  • Able to travel fast (and chasing/running away)

Contra:
  • Vulnerable to range weapons and explosives
Brutal Thug
Perks:
  • Knuckle-Dragger (+50% damage with Knuckles)
  • Leather Hide (-25% damage taken when holding a bludgeon)
  • Submission (135% of damage dealt to stamina with bludgeons)

Airdrop:
  • Hoodlum (Brass Knuckles, Armor stimpack, Satchel) - 70 FUNC

Description: This will make you into a melee champion in no time. Knuckles are everywhere, if you find one you don't even need to call your airdrop. Never throw your Knuckles because they can glitch out of the game.

Pro:
  • Very cheap
  • Nearly unbeatable in melee

Contra:
  • Vulnerable to range weapons and explosives
Katniss Everdeen
Perks:
    • Leg day (+7% movement speed)
    • Longshot (+40% damage when target is >40m away)
    • Runs with Knives (+13% movement speed when holding a blade)

Airdrop:
  • Archer (Recurve Bow, Speed Stimpack, Stamina Stimpack) -100 FUNC

Alternative Airdrop:
  • Commando (Compound Bow, Impact Grenade, Bowie Knife) -150 FUNC

Description: Very strong long range build. Best when you can fight in flat areas with little cover for the enemy or from a high position. With the Archer airdrop, running away while shooting the enemy is key (as long as your Stimpacks are active). With the Commando airdrop you can throw your grenade and finish off your enemy from a distance while he is crippled and unable to dodge. Also make use of your high movement speed when holding a blade.

Pro:
  • Unbeatable at long range
  • Enemies are low hp when they close into melee range
  • Enemies have a hard time running away

Contra:
  • Vulnerable if you get surprised at a bad position
Cowardly Dwarf
Perks:
  • Man Tracker (start with Man Tracker)
  • Load Dropper (Airdrops arrive instantly)
  • Leg day (+7% speed)

Airdrop:
  • Dwarf (Fireman Axe, Dynamite, Armor Stimpack) -130 FUNC

Description: The key is hiding until only one other player is alive. Throw your Dynamite at the last player, close the distance while he is crippled, and finish him off with an Axe blow. Use your Man Tracker to avoid other players till the end. With the Load Dropper Perk the Airdrop will arrive instantly, so you can sell your main weapon to be able to afford the airdrop without being vulnerable. Don't craft anything or you won't be able to afford your airdrop.

Pro:
  • Easiest way to win the game if you manage to successfully hide till the end

Contra:
  • Most boring way to play the game
  • Doesn't work if you have to waste your Dynamite before the end
  • You won't be able to achieve the best rank S (you need 5 kills for that)
Late Bloomer
Perks:
  • Ol' Painless (+10% damage)
  • Backpacker (start with Backpack)
  • Leg day (+7% speed)
Airdrop:
  • S.W.A.T (SMG, Armor, Smoke Bomb) -170 FUNC
Alternative Airdrops:
    • Sniper (Rifle, Mine) -175 FUNC
    • Bandito (SMG, Remote Explosive) -185 FUNC
    • Pirate (Sabre, Magnum) -185 FUNC
    • Five-Oh (Magnum, Tonfa, Armor) -185 FUNC

    Description:
This Build will give you a big advantage at the end of the game, but you have to kill a few people first to be able to afford the airdrop. One way to kill an enemy with a Gun from your airdrop is after blocking their hit in a melee fight. You can shoot him while he is stunned. Or trick the enemy into rushing into you while you have your melee weapon equipped, when he is mid range you quickly draw your gun and shoot him.

    Pro:
    • Very strong late game build

    Contra:
    • Expensive. You need to be able to survive & kill enough people until you can call your airdrop.
    • Bows are better at long range (aside from the Rifle)
Throwing Master
Perks:
  • Golden Arm (100% damage and velocity when throwing)
  • Backpacker (start with Backpack)
  • Leg day (+7% speed)

Airdrop:
  • Javelineer (3x Javelin) -85 FUNC

Alternative Airdrop:
    • Juggler (3x Tomahawk) -100 FUNC
    • Boar Hunter (2x Survival Spear, Speed Stimpack) -85 FUNC

    Description:
This build will enable you to deal lots of damage when throwing. Make sure to charge your throws to the maximum if possible. Throw your weapons when the enemy is closing in/running away or when the enemy isn't attacking when in close range.

    Pro:
    • Good way to kill rather defensive players in close range
    • Cheap

    Contra:
    • Annoying to look for your thrown weapons after a fight
    • You can't throw when the enemy is very aggressive in close range
    • Vulnerable to Range Weapons
Chainsaw Maniac
Perks:
  • Chemist (Stimpacks last 2x longer)
  • Thick skin (-50% damage from range weapons)
  • Leg day (+7% speed)

Airdrop:
  • Lumberjack (Chainsaw, Armor Stimpack, Stamina Stimpack) -115 FUNC

Description: Strongest melee build. Don't sell Stimpacks, always use them, they last for 4 full minutes with the chemist perk (and also provide you with 2 FUNC when using them). Before engaging in a fight, use your stimpacks (stamina and/or speed is a must) and then start your chainsaw (might take a while).

Pro:
  • Nearly unbeatable while your stimpacks are active

Contra:
  • Vulnerable when your Stimpacks run out (Enemies can run away and hit you with bows etc.)
  • Vulnerable to Explosives
  • Vulnerable while trying to start the chainsaw
Axe Murderer
Perks:
    • Mangler (135% of damage dealt to stamina with axes)
    • Maniac (-25% damage taken when holding an axe)
    • Stealthy (silent)

Airdrop:
  • Climber (Ice Axe, Backpack, Snare) - 70 FUNC

Alternative Airdrop:
  • Dwarf (Fireman's Axe, Dynamite, Armor Stimpack) -130 FUNC

Description: Melee Build. Stealthy might give you some free kills if you manage to surprise your enemies, Mangler prevents enemies from running away and Maniac&Mangler give you an edge in Melee Combat.

Pro:
  • Cheap

  • Vulnerable to range weapons and explosives
Strong Slugger

    • Stealthy (silent)

Airdrop:
  • Tough (Sledgehammer, Armor, Armor Stimpack) -115 FUNC

Alternative Airdrop:
  • Carjacker (Crowbar, Remote Explosive) - 75 FUNC
  • Plumber (Pipe Wrench, Armor Stimpack, Damage Stimpack, Crafted Explosive) - 75 FUNC
  • Pothead (Steel Pipe, Orange Juice, Crafted Explosive) - 80 FUNC
  • Slugger (Baseball Bat, Damage Stimpack, Speed Stimpack) - 70 FUNC

Description: Strong Melee Build. Stealthy might give you some free kills if you manage to surprise your enemies, Submission prevents enemies from running away and Leather Hide&Submission give you an edge in Melee Combat.
