- Added wac_hc_rocket : fixed the default wac rockets

- Fixed shockwave_sound_lowsh causing performance issues due to not
- Fixed napalm and WP shells not being compatible with vFire
- Fixed the rockets and the shells pointing toward the ground a little bitremoving itself after playing the sound
