- Added GRED_BASE_BULLET : optimized the bullets as much as possible
- Added editable bullet damage / radius
- Finally fixed stuff related to client-side / server-side convars
- Fixed the GBU-38 being as powerful as a 1000LB bomb
- Fixed the explosives rarely showing decals after being exploded
- Fixed some impact effects not working
- Fixed the guns not dealing any damage to NPCs
- Updated POD_GUNNER / POD_MG : optimized them as much as possible
