Fixed some minor issues. Silicoid trait is not properly applying when selecting the silicoid portrait set, so for the meantime be sure to manually select the trait during empire creation. It costs 0 points, so it won't count against your trait limit.

Tentatively updated for 2.3.3
Fixing issues with pop mineral consumption and the silicoid trait being invisible. Use the portraits mod if you want a bug-free game right now.

Silicoids now consume 1 mineral a month per pop, rather than extra consumer goods
Shiny renamed to Lustrous, now gives +5 species happiness.
Grotesque: -5 species happiness.
Fluid Synapses: +7% to each research job.
Axiomatic Synapses: -7% to each research job.
Demanding Structure: +15% pop mineral upkeep.
Idealized Structure: -15% mineral upkeep.
Rooted: +50% resettlement cost, -50% growth from immigration.
Roaming: -25% resettlement cost, +25% growth from immigration.
Compact: -15% pop housing usage.
Photosynthetic: pop mineral upkeep -25%, pop energy production +5%.
Cumbersome: New Trait, +15% pop housing usage.

-"Melting" trait renamed to "Igneous" with updated description
-"Cold-Pulse" trait renamed to "Cold Core" with updated description
-Silicoids can now produce food, so organics in the empire don't starve.
-New trait "Photosynthetic": 2 Points, -35% Consumer Goods cost, +10% energy generation. Total number of traits now 19.
-"Sharp" buffed from +10% army damage to +15%
-"Brittle" nerfed from -40% army health to -50% (Note- Silicoids have a natural +30% army health, so Brittle Silicoid armies really have 80% the health of a normal organic army).
-"Terraformers" civic now gives -5% terraforming cost in addition to the 2 free technologies, so that the civic is still applicable later in the game.
-Silicoid growth-rate returned to the original -35% from -30%

Trait Changes/Fixes
-Silicoid growth speed malus from -35% to -30%
-Silicoid Experience gain malus from -35% to -30%
-Silicoid armies have 30% more health to imitate the extra garrison health granted by the original mod, but which is now a redundant mechanic.
-Silicoid defense armies have 30% more defensive morale, to imitate the extra pop_fortification_defense granted by the original mod, which is redundant.
-Sparkly bonus up from 3% opinion improvement to 5% to match grotesque.
-Brittle changed from -0.8 garrison_health and -0.5 pop_fortification_defense to -0.4 army health and -0.3 army experience gain.
-Solid Shape changed from +0.8 garrison_health and +0.7 pop_fortification_defense to +0.3 army health and +0.3 army morale.
-Fluid Synapses now grants 7% more Society research instead of 0%, to match the maluses granted by Axiomatic Synapses.
-Rooted cost from -1 to -2, but now also raises pop resettlement cost by 50%.
-Roaming now reduces pop resettlement cost by 25% instead of 0%.
