- Fixed lighting seam at train room

Initial release based on de_frost_se:

- Added more detail (overall)
- Added small area near train room.
- Glass window is now more visible
- Fixed missing clips
- Replaced tree models because of missing textures before.
- Replaced bush models for visibility reasons.
- Reduced file size
- Added cubemaps
