Adjusted fish drop rates from 15 to 45

- Fixed floating backpack items
- Fixed fish not spawning on chernarus
- Changed chance of getting the fish

- Fixed Fishnet trap not attaching to fishing backpack
- Adjusted fishing to be in line with new 1.26 mechanics
- Fixed attachment slot names showing without translations and incorrectly
- Cleaned the code

- Fixed inventory slots for fishing rod and other items. Should now be compatible with MSP and other mods
- Fixed various issues with preparing fish recipes
- Added the new knives for the prepare fish recipes
- Removed old traps code and updated to the new DayZ code
- Increased fishing backpack cargo slots to 6x10
- Changed tacklebox to not be stackable with itself, bear toy, first aid kits or small protector cases
- Changed fishing rod to be repairable with ductape
- New key was used to sign the pbo
