- Fixed the "Quantum Gateway Established" event firing even for uneligible tiers of the Quantum Catapult. This resulted in an event with missing destination target and suggested that there should be a wormhole where there should be rightfully none.
- Exluded the restored Quantum Catapult tier from the Slingshot to the Stars origin to be eligible for wormhole spawns. You'll need the final tier of the Quantum Catapult for the wormholes to spawn, as it should be.
- Added the Mega Engineering Tech as a prerequisite for the Wormholes to form, just so that you won't be somehow locked out of de-activating them. (This is mostly safety measure.)

- Changed the Quantum Catapult to have nigh unlimited range in case you use mods that change galaxy size.
- Fixed Gigastructures Mod overwriting my changes, thus breaking the event to remove the Quantum Gateways.

- Fixed the Quantum Gateway not appearing on Restored Quantum Catapults, including the Slingshot to the Stars Origin.
- Increased the coverage radius of both the Slingshot and ordinary Ruined->Restored Quantum Catapults.
- Both restored and Slingshot to the Stars Quantum Catapults should work identical to the normal built one.

- Removed the unwanted intermediate megastructure "quantum_catapult_4_MEGASTRUCTURE_DETAILS" from the build list. It is supposed to be handled via script only.
