Fixes:
Fixed issue that was preventing additional invasion armies spawning every 4 turns when an invasion was ongoing.

Balancing:
Adjusted higher tier reinforcement armies to spawn with a higher number of single entities and reduced Jade Warrior troops.

Fixes:
Miao Ying's faction effect can now spawn an unusual location in all 3 gate provinces.
Fixed script for ancillaries/banners which was unintentionally removing items when upgrading the buildings.

Balancing:
Slightly increased difficulty of dilemma battles, armies will have more units.
Increased the army strength for Dark Elves, their armies will spawn with later game units earlier.
Decreased damage values for Iron Hail Gunner bleed effect.

Updated bugs:
Veteran units in faction recruit pool should now be more reliably added to ongoing games.
Playing as certain chaos factions will no longer ally the player to the Kurgan Warband.
Cleaned up some script functions which should further reduce the impact of the mod when playing non-Cathay factions.

Added features:
Added new faction effect for the Northern Provinces that provides 20% chance per turn to spawn a new unique unusual location. 6 possible building options can spawn.
Increased earlier and mid game difficulty for random attacks, skaven and beastmen early game armies received additional early game difficulty scaling.
