Added colorable citizen sleeve skin.
If you have a custom player model that uses this addon, please re-adjust the skin value(s) in your LUA file accordingly!

Added skins for blue and green sleeves in addition to the original white sleeves.
Added bodygroups for rebels that wear whole gloves and no gloves.
