Those models have a higher polygon count that's why they can take the stretching. This is just a heavily modified version of the GTA V SWAT which was designed for a 6 year old console game meaning that they don't have much polygon count that's why they cannot tolerate that animation.

Not really, I tried some other things like Ready or Not SWAT and Umbrella Corp Operators Redux and they had none stretch at all.

The animation is aids that's why, there is no fix for that. Even the citizens, metrocops and almost every other model does it. The only models I know where the stretch is barely visible are the Ceiling Spiders PM/NPC and the CS:GO GIGN.

When doing the pose where he holds his arm in the air to the right in Enhanced PlayerModel Selector, the vest goes really wierd, not going to lie.
