Note: If you do heal from the effect, hover over the poison effect you got and make sure that it was not applied by your player character or allies.

When tested without either one of the mods, there is no bug, this bug only occurs when both mods are activated. I do not know if it is a problem with the "Weapon Extension (Beta) mod(it does have beta in its name....) but I will do a bug report on that mod's page as well.

I did change the load order and put Full Loot before Weapon Extension (Beta), but the results were the same on my end.

P.S. This might just be and issue on my end, so please excuse my ignorance.

When this mod is used in tandem with the "Weapon Extension(Beta)" mod, it makes it so that out of combat; undead and alive player characters take physical damage from poison(puddles) that were inflicted by enemies.

Prerequisites:
Norebyte's Script Extender

Load Order:
Majoras Character Creation Plus - DE
Animations Plus
LeaderLib - DE
Weapon Extension (Beta)
Full Loot

Procedure to recreate the aforementioned bug(i hope it is a bug):
1. Start as Fane, or any undead, with 11 wits.
2. Not sure about the poison in the lower deck. Therefore get to Act 1 Beach.
3. Recruit the Red Prince.
4. Go to the grave north of the Red Prince.
5. Dig up the grave and make sure that the undead bleeds poison.
6. Wait for 10 turns or so that the poison puddle that was created by the player disappears.
7. Walk on the poison puddle on the body of the undead that was killed as an undead or alive.
8. The damage you take will be physical, and undead also takes damage instead of healing.

I've never played without it. I like it, but I'm pretty sure it only affects sellers. And by extension, if you kill someone that might have a bowl of food you'll get it. I've definitely never gotten the cool shiny thing they died holding, or full armor and weapons from an opponent.

if it says "we were unable to create a working story" does that mean i fricked up the mod order, or that my mods are having a conflict and one of them isnt working?

Just what I was looking for. Also i'm not to worried about balance. Larian broke that themselves when they allowed the farming gift bag thing, And infinite supply of herbs you can make as much as you want and buy every npc's entire inventory AND all their gold.

I've noticed that most NPCs don't have additional equipment that they wouldn't drop normally. How does "looting equipped items" work?

Never mind I figured it out. Monster scaling conflicted with making the traders more powerful. I set Full Loot to easy no change and it worked

LL - Hi. The game is crashing every time I go to fight Ryker. I couldn't do the fight without removing Full Loot. It happened earlier, as well, vs The Baron impersonator. I skipped that fight. Figured it out v Ryker. Any thoughts?

Hi. What do you mean by equipment not meant to be equipped by characters? Meaning it’s OP, or? I’m thinking of using it for opponent drops, not killling traders, so it becomes important. Thanks

Just a warning to anyone using this mod (SPOILERS) Unleashing the deathfog in Arx WILL soft lock the game, because ALL the traders pretty much die and the game lags/ takes reeeeally long to calculate what they drop. So if you reach that point and wonder why you cant exit the dialogue, just disable this mod and re-enable it later ;)

It seems that deactivating body guards stop the game from crashing whenever I engage in combat with a trader. I can send you mod list if you wish.

Additionally their weapon stat names tend to start with an underscore, i.e. "_Demon_Grunt_A_Bow". Items using stats like these don't show up in the UI, as they're special NPC-only stats.

@Wheat Tail Like it says in the description, "many NPCs have equipment not meant to be equipped by players", most NPCs don't actually have armor/weapons you can see in the UI and interact with. Most armor you see on NPCs are actually their visual sets, completely independent from any equipment they may be wearing (most don't have anything but a shield).

What i'm doing wrong? I've enabled "drop armors" and "drop weapons" but still got nothing from any NPCs.
But traders get stronger from buffs, it's works. And they drop all their sell inventory (but absolutelly nothing more). Btw bodyguards are enabled, but they did not appears.

I feel like you should at least get some experience or loot for killing the trader's bodyguards. I get that the traders have plenty of loot on the already but I need a better reason to enable those guards other than making my life harder.

Enemies tend to not really have actual armor. Visually their armor is a part of their "visual set", which is a collection of visuals within various tabs (head, body, arms, etc), much like how you can change your hair/face and so on in CC.

I'm willing to say that the enemies in ACT 1 are almost always naked because I don't seem to be getting "full" drops from them, only ocasionally a neat weapon, even tho I have both Weapon and Armor drops enabled. I'm about to leave Joy by fighting a Boss, so we'll see on that.

@ KoRaL- Do you have another mod affecting character stats? The "Beef Mode" buff is set to +25% vitality/damage, and +15% armor/magic armor. Not thousands.

The book is added upon loading an existing save or when starting a new game - It's added once, honour save or not. After that, you can buy more copies from the LeaderLib trader. The book is added to the "host" character, so check your inventories.

This mod, even on the recommended settings, makes the traders WAY too hard, for example the trader just outside fortjoy gets an extra one THOUSAND physical and magic armour, an extra 1500 health and does 200 damage a hit?

how is that fair or fun at all lol

plus we don't have the book to be able to turn it off or whatever, and it doesn't give it to us on loading the honour save, fun times

@Brooks Magisters tend to have no actual armor, and NPC weapons, so that's to be expected. You should see all the books from a skillbook trader, and stuff like that though.

LL, thanks for this MOD, it is just what my buddy and I were looking for. I am not sure what LOOT we should be excpecting once we turn this on (Full Loot Enabled atm). We are in Act One and have killed a number of Magisters and most are still dropping ONLY gold and small loot, no armor and weapons. The LibLibrary and your MOD, in that order, are the only MODs I have turned on. Thoughts?

@An actual duck If you have all the trader stuff disabled (full loot, trader difficulty / bodyguards), and you still crash when attacking a merchant, then something else may be going on. Full Loot only interacts with an object when it enters combat if trader difficulty is enabled.

With that said, I just sent out an update that has a few safety checks on both characters and items, so that may help.

@LaughingLeader hmm well thats a bit odd, iv got Enemy Randomization and Elite Enemies installed as well plus tactician mode, so it makes for interesting fights when i run into a magister with the champion buff, elite buff, and the trader buff all in one. Makes for its own boss fight. Fort Joy is actual hell for this sorcerer

I tried toggling it, got the crash. I tried swapping out pretty much every setting and crash. I'd gamble it doesn't like a piece of loot added by one of the classes or something since they do add some new effects to items. The only thing I could try is of course going playing with just full loot and making sure that doesn't crash by itself and then adding things in one by one. But boy oh boy does that sound tedious! My game loads up particularly slow so every crash it takes me awhile to get back in to game.

@An actual duck Try toggling off full loot in the settings, and see if you crash when attacking the merchant then. Chances are they have an item the game doesn't like, or something is corrupted in their data (could happen from enabling/disabling mods). Do you have trader bodyguards or trader difficulty enabled as well?

@Baranorn Some magisters have the trader tag for whatever reason.

Hello, I am getting a crash any time I attack a merchant. When I remove the mod the crash stops. I have other mods installed but the one that also interacts with loot is the "Rude loot" mod. Any chance these two conflict? Other mods I use are just Odin's class mods

Does this mod really have a reason to exist or classic edition doesn't have respec mirror? Just steal traders inventory for every character you have including mercenaries.

@Grieva Wonderful! Glad you got your issue sorted. :praisesun:

The small update today added an option to disable the full loot feature, while also cleaning a few things up (equipment looting will now no longer grab their overhead/horns items, if any). Not sure if any of that was related to your crash, but should be an improvement nonetheless.

@LaughingLeader I don't know if it was the update you've just done, me deleting a bunch of unsused mods from the mod folder (I had about 45 in there and use 40) or me disabling the equiptment dropping options but it works now! All 4 traders died without a crash and dropped all their loot :) cheers.

@Grieva Yep, that's a fair point. There could possibly also be some issues with possibly an item becoming available that shouldn't (like an NPC weapon, or something added to the overhead/horns via a skill/status).

@LaughingLeader yeah, I thought it may have this mod due it having to generate so much loot etc. Disabled a bunch of other mods to make sure and it still crashed, til I disabled Full Loot. I have got the dropped equipment option enabled, so il try with that disabled.
