Hello, a werid thingy...when my summon kills enemy by Boon of Chaos (releasing random damage) and he kills someone he stop moving and stuff ...?
Lune 15 Jun, 2024 @ 8:13pm
For those who personally don't like Boon of Chaos interrupting game flow and making screeching noises, you can remove it by extracting the .pak and going to \Story\RawFiles\Goals to remove OdinBSS_Boon_Intelligence.txt and then repackaging it. This effectively removes the script that causes summons to cast Chaotic Screech every time they begin their turn, but does not remove the description/the actual skill from the game.

It seems that I'm a little late to the conversation here but is there somewhere that i can look up the crafting recipes for skillbooks? I'm trying to craft blood infusion which is normally summon book + necromancy book, but I now instead get a shallow grave skillbook. I have the pet power gift bag feature enabled and have tried combining books of the same as well as different level (e.g. level 1 summoning & level 1 necromancy, 1&2, 2&1, and 2&2) to no avail. Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated

is this a bug? I try summoning conjure incarnate on surface but they don't copy the element eg. blood, poison, electrified water etc

Is it possible to turn of the boons for everyone (including non-enemies)? I like the scaling but not the boons, and the boon of chaos makes such a grating noise that I just disabled this mod.

Not really complaining but for some reason, all summons from all mods don't have a time limit (other than totems)
Chucklez 28 Jul, 2023 @ 5:22pm
This mod is a lot of fun but when i summon totems with finesse, they only shoot twice the first time. Every other totem gets their boon every round.
TheChosenPoke 28 Jun, 2023 @ 9:57pm
Does anyone know why the incarnate HP has a base of -85? I've seen various people complaining about it but they don't seem to have answered anything about it. Level 1 the incarnate has 8 HP and level 9 they only have 100. Insanely low and makes the summons super squishy.
DrunkenBard 25 Apr, 2023 @ 8:29pm
Hey there, I'm not sure if this mod is doing it but when I summon an Incarante with my high summoning and pretty decent Con it's health is abnormally low.

My health is now at like 1000 but the incarnate even now is only at half that.
McSweeny 21 Apr, 2023 @ 1:45pm
wish that there would be a mod just for the talents and not the skins
blueiceknight2002 11 Apr, 2023 @ 9:10am
Can I add this to an existing save?
hamsgbschbep 26 Jan, 2023 @ 2:55pm
Hey, is there a similar mod to give the summon the talents?
Pho3nX 7 Jun, 2022 @ 12:02pm
Dear Communicty, please give me some help:
I uninstalled the Mod and still have all the boons turn up. This is making the final fight impossible - what do I need to do to get rid of it?
Pedrin 13 Mar, 2022 @ 4:56pm
@AlphaDelt which mods do you suggest? I wanted to make a mix of hydromancy and summoning, or a mix of summoning and necromancy.
AlphaDelt 8 Jan, 2022 @ 2:37am
This is an awesome working mod atm. If you would like to be a summoner main, this definitely helps. There are other add ons you might want to have if you would like to improve your summoning experience even further which are compatible with this very mod. Have fun summoning!
HalcyonAndOn 16 Nov, 2021 @ 6:17am
You should have an Odinomicron book, use that to turn on/off enemies using Odin skills.
LG-YK 16 Nov, 2021 @ 3:29am
Nice Mod my guy, makes the Summoner feel normal again.
However some boss enemies (especially in the Last Act) whom can summon stuff really pack a punch. And I mean like, they have far higher stats than me or my team members, making it very hard to survive against them. Is it possible to turn the summoner tweaks off for enemies?
Drako Mordecai PC 21 Sep, 2021 @ 1:12pm
Does this mod have issues with conflux?
jessevanbrabant 2 Sep, 2021 @ 6:21am
Hey Odin,

First off amazing mods!
I was wondering if u could publish a 2nd version for less hardcore players that set the boon requirements a bit lower ->20 across the board or something like that cause.
25 just feels like a huge commitment to me?

Anyway mutch love and great work!
TMarx400 1 Sep, 2021 @ 11:45am
Hey Odin, great mods! I was wondering when you'd make a Summoning Overhaul, I thoroughly enjoy all your mods, can't wait for you to overhaul the remaining classes!
Arkius 11 Aug, 2021 @ 8:57pm
Hey Odin!
Love all the mods, all my mates are doing a run together at the moment and its awesome!
Just wanted to check, i was trying to scroll through and see if the boons are working on the summon. I have the points in int and con but the boons arent appearing. Thanks!
deletoblu0 24 Jul, 2021 @ 4:59pm
how come i cant click om my half link with a incarnate out
Laidback 6 Jul, 2021 @ 12:35pm
Works with Ifan's Soul Wolf?
The Grapist 1 Jul, 2021 @ 1:01pm
is there a easy way of telling that its working i have 20 int and feel like my fire elemental should be doing more damage from the buff it should get from 20 int cus of this mod
Brofessor Elm 17 Jun, 2021 @ 2:03pm
hello i am having trouble getting the script extender to run and was wondering if anyone could help me out with it
matko 25 Mar, 2021 @ 11:02am
Hello Odin, thank you for this and your other fantastic mods. Is there a way to deactivate the sound that is created by the area pulse from the boon of chaos? The sound effect is pretty loud and gets annoying really fast if you constantly summoning totems and the incarnate. Thanks a lot! :)
Bomjus 24 Mar, 2021 @ 2:40pm
Boon of mending says "restores 20%" of MA and PA when it's healed. not 30%. could you update the description?
Soulmancer 17 Mar, 2021 @ 9:42am
Is this intended to be the "summoner" overhaul? or will that be it's own thing?
HjAa 6 Feb, 2021 @ 6:25am
"Using the skill on a Summon will redirect 30% of the owner would take" I assume there's a "damage" missing in there. Sounds cool.
Victoriauwu 3 Feb, 2021 @ 9:01pm
Is this compatible with the summon rework core?
The Good Doktor 20 Jan, 2021 @ 8:27pm
Memory [20 total points] - Boon of Mending: Whenever the Summon is healed, restore 30% of that amount to their Armour and Magic Armour.

About this line if anyone can answer. If im using divinity unleashed which reworks armor to be flat defense instead of an absorb shield, what will this do when healing a minion? will this instead give them a bit more armor? or will it not do anything at all
Scubasteave.ttv 30 Oct, 2020 @ 4:45pm
how do you use this mod on mac
Panne of Koeke 14 Sep, 2020 @ 10:28am
@... the footnote refers to the classic "version", not the classic "difficulty". They're saying it only works properly for the Definitive "VERSION" of the game.
... 7 Sep, 2020 @ 8:02am
Why only storymode and not classic or other dificulty ? Or am i the only one ?
Zily 29 Aug, 2020 @ 11:13am
@Nickamus you can mess with the settings through Odins book in your inventory to turn the enemies from using this mod off.
facciola007 27 Aug, 2020 @ 7:59pm
Hello thanks for the continued work on the mod. I have a question about norbytes script extender. Is there any reason it isnt released on this workshop or nexus? Thanks
爱叫的金鱼草呀 21 Aug, 2020 @ 7:26pm
Hi,Can the MAC system use this mod? I Couldn't find where to download Norbyte's Script Extender.TwT
Schrader 20 Aug, 2020 @ 11:05am
Oh ok thanks Odin. I thought that in the base game the incarnate always goes after you, but I guess I was wrong. Love the mod btw.
Odinblade  [author] 20 Aug, 2020 @ 12:31am
@God Himself That is generally the case in basegame too - the Incarnate has a really low initiative value to offset the fact they get to act the turn after they're summoned. I've not changed any of the base stats on any summon in this mod.
Schrader 19 Aug, 2020 @ 5:38pm
This mod is making my incarnate go last in combat. I spawn him in, he gets his turn straight away after me but then in the rest of the fight he goes last.
Odinblade  [author] 16 Aug, 2020 @ 2:20am
@[KoB] VerticeLupus Thank you so much for your kind words :steamhappy: 'Tis greatly appreciated!
VerticeLupus 15 Aug, 2020 @ 6:13pm
Just wanted to chime in and say that I really appreciate having your Mods enabled in my many adventures! Took a bit of a break from DOS2DE and re-experienced the Original games, and now I'm hyped to get back into this wonderful world in true 4k and 120Hz FPS... I especially am enjoying your newer Scoundrel Class Overhaul Mod! The Combo system is truly fun to play, and it makes me think about choosing Umbra/Scoundrel, Spectre/Scoundrel/Huntsman, :lunar2020thinkingtiger: or... Pure Rogue Scoundrel! :lunar2020confidentrooster:

Anyways, your fantastic and imaginative Modding work brings joy to many a gamer's lives, and that's an awesome thing to do! <3
Odinblade  [author] 13 Aug, 2020 @ 12:58pm
@Extra Smart Knew Grows There are no new skills in this mod, meaning there's no need for another vendor :steamhappy:

@Nickamus You can disable the feature for enemies using the Odinomicon item - might be worth using this if the last fight is proving to be too rough!

@Resetx The Pet Power gift bag mod is inherently unbalanced IMO. Using this mod on top of that would make Summoning even stronger, but balance is always subjective. I'd suggest giving it a go as you can always disable my mod anytime you want :steamhappy:
Resetx 10 Aug, 2020 @ 10:36pm
Is this mod balanced with Pet Power from the gift bags on?
Nickamus 10 Aug, 2020 @ 6:58pm
Hey, there is a potential problem with this mod. In the last fight of the game there are certain things that are summoned automatically that fight the player. With this mod enabled, those summons are insanely powerful. Is this intentional?
I am fat and gay 4 Aug, 2020 @ 9:32pm
does this mod come alone with its skill books retailer NPC? NPC parts are not mentioned like what you did in your other classes' mods
igor140 29 Jul, 2020 @ 12:37pm
@el diablo, well, if the summon only have 40 armor, that actually sounds right. if you have 30 memory, this mod would be adding 30% (20x 1.5%) more armor... and 12 is 30% of 40 sooo...

if you're a much higher level and your summon has much higher base armor... that's a different story.
El Diablo 24 Jul, 2020 @ 10:09am
yeah the scaling is wayy off doesnt seem to work right
El Diablo 24 Jul, 2020 @ 8:34am
i think there is a bug with the scaling , for 20 points invested in memory it only gives me 12 physical armor and magic for it lol , whats up with that?
Zyrano 14 Jul, 2020 @ 9:59am
get Totems the Bonus too?
