Imported my deck from Deckstats, stuffed it neatly into a Deckbox object, saved object.

Attempted to spawn in my deck on the MTG EDH 4-Player Table and it gave the following message:

"Player attempted to spawn a game crashing or virus infected deck blah blah blah"

Um... where do I even begin looking to fix this? Virus infected? My cards and deckbox object don't even have scripts on them!

Moxfield is not working for me... Anyone else?

Fantastic tool, love it. But I have an issue which may or may not be down to the importer. Would appreciate signposting to the correct forum if this isn't your doing.

When I import a set of cards using a custom back, everything is fine until I go to select a specific printing of the card. The printings are generated as new copies of the original card with default backs. Obviously, I can't use any of these copies in my "pretty" deck as they are obviously marked now. I can't for the life of me work out how to change the back of an existing card.

Any help appreciated. I'm using the "MTG 6 player table - scripted" if this makes a difference.

I think you'd have to be the one to reach off based off of what I read.

Unfortunately Moxfield is blocking requests from tabletop simulator. Seems like they're using Cloudflare, which blocks requests without particular browser headers. You can see the same result with curl.

If someone wants to get in touch with Moxfield and ask for them to support this mod, I'm sure we can figure something out. But until then, I recommend using notebook import like ZerO suggested.

To everyone currently having trouble with moxfield: copy out the deck for MTGO in to the in game note pad, make sure it is called White as that seem to be what its looking for. It should be able to import that way.

is there an ETA for an update to accept the new moxfield images?

Moxfield doesn't work because they switched the card images over to Webp which is not supported by the mod.

Found out importing with an Archidekt link works as long as I load the Deck loader on it's own instead of at a table, so it might be an issue with the table I'm using

I'll try to take a look at Archidekt soon, but fwiw you can always use their Arena export and paste it into a notebook

Importing from Archidekt doesn’t seem to work. I recently switched to Archidekt from Tappedout for the sake Archidekt’s simplicity, but I’m now finding that I can’t play any of the Archidekt decks I’ve made and attempted to import.

While in vr i am unable to click on the text box to paste my decks, is there a specific way to do this ?

How can I import decks in another languagues? There's a section to select a language, but when I write lang:pt, portuguese, portugues, it doesn't work. How does it work? What languages are supported? Like, I suppose that it uses the scryfall ID so It should have portuguese

Unfortunately, cards loaded in have incorrect names (and in some cases, oracle text). Any time a dash would appear, instead a question mark is placed.

if you are using a version of this in another mod rewind the table state once, fixes some issues

Are you all using this mod directly, or using it through some other mod? I haven't been able to reproduce the "not able to type/select" issues at all. If you're using some other mod, I recommend deleting the version of the importer that comes with it, and re-importing this one directly.

Is it possible to use the import from notebook option to import custom art for each card as well, similar to how amuzet's importer allows for custom art to be set for cards

can someone explain to me how this is suppose to work i can't import any text file anywhere nothing does anything when you click on it nothing happens when you type cards into the search URL like wtf is this.

How do I type in the deck loader? Clicking on it does nothing for me. I know I've used it before, but can't remember how. Are there instructions for it somewhere?

@ScampiTheGreat1 that's weird, the board isn't locked down or anything so I have no idea what could be causing that.

@ez sure, just put a single card into your decklist or notebook.

@Omes Issue is resolved the table I'm using was using an outdated versions of this loader. thank you for the assistance though!

@Maengou the back side of dual-faced cards is in "state 2". Right click the card and choose "state 2", or hit numpad-2 while hovering over it. We do it this way so that the card backs are all the same (since you can't easily sleeve cards in TTS).

The loader is working again but the backsides of dual faced cards don't spawn in anymore.

heya seems like there is an issue with archidekt imports. it says its completed but no cards spawn. Might be worth looking into?

Looks like the Moxfield importer may have broken in the update. Getting:

Error in Script (MTG Deck Loader - a1929f): Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: Empty string

Importing from other sources seems to be unaffected

@omes is it possible to have the loader import the decks face down? We are trying to use TTS for a cEDH league and currently have to load decks from a hidden zone if we want to keep commander picks blind.

Did some digging, it looks like MTG Arena doesn't use the same indexes as Scryfall for some sets where it seems they were imported in the wrong order, J21 being one of those sets

Just tried this with a deck export from MTGA; two of them worked fine but one got completely unrelated cards for some reason :/
