Why is it that the real time is night and the wallpaper is day? Doesn't it change with time?

The original day/night cycle in-game is 3 hours, I speed it up to 1 hour, the wallpaper footage is 1 hour IRL and it's a loop from 00:00 to 00:00, you can set playback rate to 200 to speed it up.

Sorry for that, the original cycle of game 24 hrs Is 3 real hour long, original recording size is 7GB, I can't compress it more than this because the quality gets worse
