Hey, the files most likely got corrupted in some way, could you do the following:
-Unsubscribe from the wallpaper
-Close wallpaper engine (otherwise steam won't uninstall it for you)
-Once uninstalled, subscribe again and start wallpaper engine

There is something wrong with this wallpaper, which needs your repair. The problem is that the background can't be displayed. I hope the author can see this message
