this is cool, but why in the WORLD is the blacklist config a massive slider?? it's almost impossible to actually use - every time I want to blacklist things I have to spend 5+ minutes looking for the right thing...:0face:

This mod is bullshit. Broke my terraria bosses and made my fps 30 instead of 120/ Either delete or make it work properly

Hello Fargowilta! thankyou for making this awesome mod!

I was wondering if its possible to make the Mythic abilites also appear on other difficulties, or how I might accomplish that, as they are too fun to be limited to only hardmode.

Also another mod, Mythical Monster Modifiers has a really cool modifier called "Chaotic" where the modified enemy teleports every 4 seconds.
I think this might be a cool modifier to add to enemies to give them additional movement options, but perhaps increase the teleport time to 5 seconds and pair it with a speed buff as well?

I have this installed along with Calamity. King Slime keeps despawning. If I deactivate this mod, King slime works fine.

Hey! I've found something and i want to warn all other users.
I had forced the Devouring modifier, and i spawned the Eater of Worlds.
It and it's segments devoured eachother so many times that it crashed my game.
So you should probably blacklist Worm type enemies.

I think "celebratory" modifier is broken since the monster just disappears as I am hitting it. And I didn't see imaginary on it.

Also yeah, I've only seen a couple devouring enemies, but one happened to show up during a goblin raid and became about two screens tall, but their hitbox stayed the same.

IMO the creepers (the eyes, not the spiders) from the BoC should be on the blacklist by default, they turn the boss into a chaotic mess. I also think this mod MIGHT be making it so the BoC doesn't go into phase 2, I think it's turning a creeper into a merchant or something, IDK.

true I have made an attempt to improve how toggling modifiers works, but everything exploded and I commented it all out, perhaps I will try again.

I will add a cooldown maybe to devouring eating

hey so I was testing things
Seemingly 'rainbow' is bugged
I'm getting signifincantly more gold than expected in testing
for example a rainbow ice elemental is giving me around 7 gold while a normal one is around 70 silver in mastermode hardmode

Attempting to blacklist modifiers in the in-game config is a pain in the backside. It's a scrollbar, which is hard to control the tiny hand movements to not fling right past your target. It's not in any particular order, so it's hard to FIND your target. Speaking of which, where is imaginary located? I scrolled through the entire list as best I could and missed it each time, I don't even know if it's near the beginning or end of the scrollbar..

I love this mod because it makes exploring easier and helps balance out QOL mods. I have one request though: could we get a configuration that allows devouring to not increase the size of the mob? its a cool concept but growing size makes it grow exponentially in power because more size means more mobs eaten. Its problematic and I wish I could use the modifier but I can't as is.

I was about to make a request to remove the chat messages from mob spawns, only to finally realize it was due to the "dramatic" modifier. promptly added it to the blacklist.

Fantastic mod, makes it feel like playing Path of Exile.
But by any chance could you add a setting to changes or disables the devouring "chime"?
We just found one in a new world and died laughing for this zombie that became larger than our screens, but the constant noise of retching almost made me puke!

Sticky is so incredibly fucking annoying lmfao. i see the duke fishron one is significantly more managable now than it used to be back in the 1.3 version of this mod so thats good

Seems like fishy is unmentioned. i took me a few hours to find out that this mod was randomly making me farm quest fish from enemies which didn't feel right when I actually make fishing places. Had to blacklist it.

@SansOP I have the same problem, and the server memory usage is abnormally high, and the game is very stuck. I think some modifications may have caused the abnormality.

I LOVE this mod, but the new sticky modifier is kinda anoying for dropping to much cobweb item, it could be cool that the cobweb fades without droping silk after a short time ❤

Anyone else missing the entire NPC Blacklist element and the green button element on the modifier blacklist? I'm not sure how to fix this.

I've already unsubscribed and resubscribed to re-download the mod.

I'm not 100% sure but I am running a modded server and I think this mod is causing desync with bosses; not sure but I am continuing to test out what's causing my desync and thought I should let you know

henlo Fargo I played some League matches with you before and I love your mods
this one is really good, but sometimes an enemy appears that has seemingly no modifier and heals extremely fast. If you manage to kill it before it heals, it explodes into another one, and this goes on forever.
just letting you know, amazing mod otherwise!

Please add a mythic modifier config that will make it so every boss will have a special mythic modifier that will add a modifier to them every X seconds. Alternatively, they can also have 3-4 modifiers by default and roll a different set of 3-4 every X seconds. Just a fun take on adding difficulty to the game like most mods do nowadays, but more wacky and in-line with the terraria wack experience. Consider! :steamhappy:

I already adored this mod and this new update made it even better, from a bunch of new modifiers to making other modifiers like Devouring a lot more interesting. I'm definitely doing a new playthrough with this.

This mod is pretty fun and I'm glad it was updated, however I feel like it would be much better if there were more configuration options, for example force a modifier on specific enemies, choose specific enemies and put specific modifiers on them and that kind of thing. Anyway good job

I cannot see the modifiers but they seem to be in effect...that also makes it difficult to say if my friends have the same modifiers on the same mobs as I have (read that some time ago in the comments).

I found that in multiplayer enemies will not show his affixes, but the affiexs is in effect, it just won't show up, in single player it will show up fine. Is there a solution?

Okay I did the post. It's just waiting to be accepted by the steam-system. Of course I bungled up the formatting, so I'll see if I can edit that once the post is up, but at least it's a start.
(Now I just hope that the mainpost can actually be edited so that it can be filled out when new information is posted)
