You find a pile of crates (covered in green netting). Get close and you can interact. You need to hold the interaction for a number of seconds and it will start an alarm before exploding.

I'm stupid, how to destroy objective? Is it like in Source Insurgency, where you throw grenade at crates? If so - my RGO 'nades don't do anything to them.

I just pushed an update that has factions as you requested. It's really fun. You can choose any faction for players and for AI. You can choose multiple factions with shift-click or control-click and the game will choose randomly which of those you selected it will use. Your gear can be limited only to what that faction has in it's units. We've been testing it for a couple weeks and are finding it a real nice improvement. I hope you enjoy it and thanks for suggesting it! It was a great idea.
