but it's open source, so someone could fork it and do another version
Assuming the RAM useage is caused by the size of the music files, you could try searching for a program to compress music down further. It's possible, but it would be lossy compression; meaning, quality would be lost.
Not sure what program it would be, but I'm sure one exists.
Thanks.
Sorry for the trouble, but good news, WASTELAND is out on Spotify and all services so you don't need the mod if you wanna give it a go. Just search Justin Marshall Elias on your streaming services.
Thanks everyone

@kyria lol, sorry I am stressin you out with the music. Thank you for the kind words, I'm not sure the majority of listeners would want that track changed, but perhaps we can ask my programmers on discord.
I love the variety and how it still stays rimworldish! =D
However also a bit of feedback: I nearly got a heartattack on my last raid as the battle music started with such a bang it nearly threw me off my chair ^^ (the neolithic - medium battle one)
I understand that this is how this song should be - but would an option be possible for the faint-hearted as me to kind of ease in at the beginning when they start such a jump-scaring way?
(my playstyle is more of relaxing kind and that really threw me off guard xD)
@Demonlord seems like something went wrong with the vanilla music, weird... are you using the github version of MEF as well? Should be the latest. I may have time to look into this later but I can promise nothing

I think this is the first time I've ever had a Yellow Error log spam. Apparently it was failing to both play the vanilla music through the Github version of this mod and to reset said music after failing. Strange stuff.
@Guccio Assuming it can read the vanilla before/after stuff it should be fine I guess
@Darath I personally haven't had the chance to super look into that, but strange. Might be a theme specific thing or related to the sound replacement stuff. I know for certain it tries to play a track as soon as the game starts, and there is some stuff to handle errors there, but this might be an uncaught one
Might be worth setting a lower limit for what triggers battle tracks though. These kinda gameplay things are difficult to balance right
@speedY It's compatible but it'd throw it into the vanilla options. Some thought has been made to make custom themes work outside of our system but no work has been done towards that.
