We may be able to get assistance from Wolvindra (we have a few close friends who have talked to him a bit for aid) for how to make a skybox and ideas to make the outsides of the map pretty. That isn't a promise though, as we don't personally know him.
If you want our assistance for cheat-proofing and ideas, we will gladly help (for free), so feel free to join the group or add me and/or Magic as we tend to handle this sort of stuff for our servers.
We are UK-based but time zones shouldnt matter too much for us, we can arrange any times.

As for the map itself, I and my fellow admins have tested it and really like it, but will add it at halloween as a spooky map and keep it permanent after that. One problem which we have found on it is ability to jump over the fence and get around the back of the building and the hill (which, from the back is untextured). Another issue is the ability to hide in the textures of the roots of the big trees and also inside the desk (we call it captain's desk because we first saw it on pirateship).
