Actully Tahoe, I'd say it's a bit large. It's a little to close to your eye too. Of course he was fitting it to a larger 2x optic, so....

Is there a version that replaces the 1x Red Dot, would make a little more sense since the PK-AS isnt magnified IRL.

Is it just me or the model is a bit small

Especially like this sight, I made him very suitable to replace kobra. Another red point is a little dark to highlight.:steamhappy:

Very nice sight, compact and clean, although it suits better for kobra imo, cuz in game it gives less magnification in comparsion with default 2x scope :(
Also, as someone mentioned below, IRL PK-AS has no magnification.
Could you be so kind and make version for kobra ?

War Daddy 16. sep. 2016 kl. 20:22
does this replace both security and insurgents?
Shotgun 16. sep. 2016 kl. 16:52
IRL, the scope doesn't has magnification, but you still did a really nice job
Rawse 16. sep. 2016 kl. 15:51
Really nice model, but could you make this for the Kobra? Realistically, it is a 1x red dot, not a 2x sight. Nice model tho, really nice to use.

Hey can you make a Kastan for the 4x on on the Insurgents or a PSO-1 for the 7x?
Psycho8Vegemite 16. sep. 2016 kl. 10:23
Looks pretty darn neat, nice work mate :)
DElmer 13. sep. 2016 kl. 12:53
best scope ever <3
CapoFantasma97 13. sep. 2016 kl. 12:05
What if you bring this for Kobra, and replace another scope for the 2x, for example the PK-AV (same family of scopes)?
CapoFantasma97 13. sep. 2016 kl. 11:21
It's quite a small view, but I feel so tactical using it lol
mansur 13. sep. 2016 kl. 5:54

ammar123ivy 12. sep. 2016 kl. 23:58

Could be scaled up a tad. A darker version would be nice too, good job though.
诺文斯科莫辛人 12. sep. 2016 kl. 19:23
PK-AS is 1X red dot in real life,if i didn't wrong. so why not make another for aimpoint?
DElmer 12. sep. 2016 kl. 19:18

@Whistleblower Yes real PK-AS is non-magnification, and this mod replace the 2x into almost-non-magnification scope.
Vimy Glide 12. sep. 2016 kl. 16:37
doesn't the pk-as not have magnification while the pks-01 does?
Karpp 12. sep. 2016 kl. 16:22
Nice work dude! Especially as that's your own model.
CozyDub 12. sep. 2016 kl. 16:15

@Farengar
Whoa thank you for comment. I love your mod and your modding guide was the start of my modding. so I'm very happy to this caught your eye.

I use Paint.net to make textures. Most textures are "rendered" by cloud and noise effect and AOmap baked by blender.
And, actually, that knobs and some edges are baked from high poly model. Seems it need to update normals especially that weaver mount~

@Prophet this fal skin

What fal reskin is that?
Far 12. sep. 2016 kl. 12:07
Nice model, and it's good to see more people capable of making models in the workshop. If I may have a suggestion, try making high poly version of the model with rounded edges and baking the normals. It would look better than the "flat" normals.

What software did you use to make textures? Because they look really good.
