Sandbags

I’ve found that I rarely pick sandbags, even though I know they’re actually quite effective once you understand how they work. The issue for me is more psychological. When deciding what buildings to pick, sandbags just don’t stand out as valuable compared to things like turrets, which communicate their purpose immediately. Unlocking tech rate

Heyo, I'm loving the game! We've enjoyed both the campaign and multiplayer in groups of friends. One thing irks me a tad is amount of starting tech, and also the speed in which you unlock new tech to play with. I can understand the desire to drip feed new features into the game so that the player is not overwhelmed, but I think it could be increased a tad. Having beaten the campaign available so far, and dozens of wave defence and skirmish, we've only just unlocked the Chromatech faction and hunter camps....

D.O.T. Defence instantly hooks you with its fast-paced blend of tower defense and action RTS gameplay. The game strikes a balance with just the right number of towers and buildings, making strategy a key component without overwhelming the player.

Pros:
✔ Fast-Paced & Engaging – The mix of action and strategy keeps you constantly involved.
✔ Well-Balanced Tower System – Just enough variety to allow for strategic depth without overcomplicating things.
✔ Catchy & Addictive – The moment-to-moment gameplay is fun, keeping you coming back for more.

Cons:
✖ Difficulty Curve Feels Off – The early game can be too tough, while later stages often become too easy.
✖ Could Use More Challenge Late-Game – Once you’re fully familiar, the game loses some of its tension.
✖ Might Feel Repetitive – With missions becoming easier, long-term challenge and replayability take a hit.

Overall, after passing whole campaing (as much as there was available when I played it) D.O.T. Defence is an exciting mix of tower defense and RTS action, perfect for players who love active, engaging strategy games. However, a better-balanced difficulty curve would make it even more rewarding.

can't open the game

I can't open the game. After launching, it automatically closes after a while. I can only see a screen with two little faces.

Bombing Runs in Wave Defence

Bombing runs feel a bit too oppressive in wave defence right now. Compared to the other AI abilities, they can single-handedly end a run in seconds. One pass can wipe out every building it hits unless I’ve buffed structure health, and even then, stacked bombing runs can still flatten everything. The AI is also very good at lining them up to hit the bulk of my infrastructure in one sweep. The only counterplay I’ve found is to build in a deliberately unsymmetrical way, but that’s not always viable dep...
