Technocrat Sexual Dimorphism

Description
This is a simple graphical mod that makes the species that comes with the pre-made Voor Technocracy have females that look more distinct from their male counterparts.

yeah for some reason the version bump appeared to break it so I reverted

We can always rely on Paradox to screw up mods and modders every time they update the game. Seriously, it feels like they hate modding or something.

apparently 2.8 doesn't approve any mod that's not updated to 2.8 at all -- it won't even launch the game with out-of-date mods. if possible, it would be nice to have an update of this mod. thanks.
