Prologue - Shadows Edit Twice

I apologize in advance, if this tutorial and the tiny video tutorials that I found and posted are "Souls-like" hard, especially for newcomers.

So, you wanna make a video like this. You came to the right Steam guide.

And here's an inspirational vid about it (and probably the animation aspect of Blender).

Editing Workflow

Tip: To make your video with sound and music, don't forget to go to Output, go to audio, and click on anything that's not No sound, like MP3, H.264, or MP4.

Full Blender Tutorial Channels

This is a list of channels that strictly dedicates their channel to Blender's VSE.

The Scales

After following one of these tutorials, use Shift A (or click the Add button. Scroll to Distort and click on Transform, once the box appears drag it near to the Movie Clip to connect to the Scale and Keying. It's safe now to fiddle with the "X's", the "Ys", "Angles", and "Scale."
The same steps applies to nabbing the Scale box.

Add-Ons

Now that's over, here's where the fun begins. I also added some of these vids, mainly due to having the Add-Ons Github links in their descriptions.

Tiny Tips
These vids and other minor tutorials are for tiny tips for scrubbing and tweaking out the crumbs and/or optional tricks to make your vids better.

Sound - Louder Or Softer
Please ignore my new model, but I have this strip is perfect for this chapter.

Let's say that you've done some audio recording and you just put your it in the VSE. But it turns out that the narration is soft or too loud. So, you click on your voice clip (That's where the red arrows are pointing at).

After clicking on the voice clip, go to the right area where I have circled "Sound".

This should open up a tiny menu of what you want to do with the clip.

1.000 is the default sound level.

So, you either slide or type the desired volume for your sound clip. Keep testing until you get the correct increase/decrease.

Rendering Combos
Note: These are the combos that works for me, try them out. I found these methods by experimentation and searching around. I suggest that you do the same if these combos don't work.

Don't forget:

To switch the audio on, because new projects are set to "No Audio", so switch it to whatever, like Stereo or AAC.

Depends on your computer and workflow:

Don't forget to change the into , otherwise your vid won't render properly.

BTS (Not The KPop Band, Ya Bakas) - Lights, Camera, Action - A Blender VSE Guide

I made this, because I hardly see any guides about Blender's VSE alone. So, here's a bit of my contribution. Now, even though this is finish, I will add more when I find new vids, channels, and discovering my own tricks and tips of my own.

Though the reason why I am making Soulsborne game jokes about Blender (and added the "Souls-like" tag on its' store page), was due to the learning curve, it's a steep but difficult curve at that. Also, I don't know how I would react to playing a Soulsborne game, like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, would I win and seeing the ending credits/the MCU stinger(s) or will I retreat like a dog with its' tail between its legs, with a mild "PTSD" when I see the clips, listen to some OST, or seeing certain stuff (in this case, yokai and urban legend creatures) and not finishing the game. The game looks beautiful, has yokai, beautiful backgrounds/ scenery, and cool weapons. Unlike Sekiro, it's way easier for me to make a video, because of Da Vinci Resolve, another "Souls-like" video editing software that I swear by.- I still swear by it. The skills that I learn from making videos from it kinda transferred over, even though it's tiny. (The reason why I switch to Blender was that I cannot upgrade to DaVinci Resolve 17, it's too much for my toaster of a computer to handle. The thing is that you have to always upgrade to the later model for it to work properly).
