Description
This mod contains a set of warehouses - Available from 1970

They can be found as truck stops in the madhatter category

There are 5 colour schemes

Branding for 10 companies

The warehouse has the option to have depot turned on / off and assets turned on / off

So the building can be placed either as a depot or as an asset.

As a depot the warehouse has 19 terminals each terminal can handle 200-ish goods.


2022 - 05 - 13 update -

On request there is also a setting for capacity this offers 3 options

Standard - 200 goods per terminal

High - 400 goods per terminal

Huge - 1000 goods per terminal

I've added pathing to allow drivers to exit via the entrance but - (works for newly added distribution centres)

sometimes British drivers still forget that they should be driving on the right. To stop them doing that either pick a

different drop door or put a WAY-POINT just outside the warehouse.

The reason this is happening is because of how the routing works. It turns out that vehicles will turn 'REALLY' sharp corners if tpf thinks its quicker to go a different way. To reduce the chance of this I have added additional pathing but still the odd truck route insists on trying to drive on the wrong side of the road.

To completely fix it I would probably need make use of the vanilla road station path models which would be a major change.

I have infact had the situation that trucks arrived at this mod, that were not even instructed to go there, literally everything diverts there, & they turn arouind, irrespective of which entrance used & go back out the wrong way, causing traffic stand off (head to head vehicles)

@Mad Hatter - no, as I don't think it's the waypoint issue as vehicle traffic works fine.,It's the pathing for to connect to other depots / industries. I suspect though that it's not necessarily this mod that's causing the issue but the North American Roads.

well the fact that this works with other mods makes me wonder. So first daft question have you placed a waypoint like it says in the description

Love the mod, but I've come across a bug that I tried to fix on my end. For some reason the pedestrian / freight pathing doesn't work properly with PurpleStrawberry1997's North American Roads. I'm not sure which mod is causing it (I suspect the road mod), however I couldn't see a way of playing with the LUA file for this mod to check.
