Intro - Chill
"I'm just waiting for my TYBW Masaki to return."

Sob Story Note: Ya have to do a bit of grinding to make your team strong enough to tackle the game modes, before ya can chill a bit. Same if you get the recommended auto-ers or find your personal perfect auto-ers.

The act of auto-ing is having the game play itself. It's because there's times when playing manual (whether on PC, mobile or console) is out of the question or you're just competing with Shunsui over sleeping. This works for PC, mobile and console. Bare in mind, that there's gonna be a ton of Accessory and Character Link-age and switching, regarding this.

This is not an end all be all. It's mainly to show, how I kinda play, give a basic idea of how to do it and to give ya guys inspiration. This is mainly when I am AFK for whatever reason, when a game mode is straight up too hard for manual play to me or I'm competing with our illustrious captain for the lazy award. This method only works on weak foes and non-lethal game modes (like the main story on normal), especially when I'm leveling up Summons.

Note: Please help me catch all the incorrect grammar, incorrect/omitted information and misspellings. Thanks in advance.

Second Note: I am not best at auto-ing. So, I heavily encourage experimentation, that way you can find your personal play style.

Third Note: I never touched Dragalia Lost, Grandblue Fantasy or any gacha game with Lily in it (I only prayed to her occasionally for good pulls/draws). So, I don't know jack.

Don't forget to:

Tiny Glossary And "Baby Guides"

Some of these phrases and slang are primarily for this guide alone. Due to afew of these terms won't work/catch on.

AFK - Short for "Away from keyboard."

Anni Aizen - A nickname for the "6th Anniversary Aizen."

Babysitter - It's the designated leader summon on your team that does the whole AI run. I usually think of the leader as the "babysitter" when I am trying to level up my units.

Backup Singers - The other two team members that function as the sidekicks to the "Babysitter"/"Runner" (aka "Sidekicks.") and catch the foes/foe drops that the leader misses.

Chair-Sama Aizen - Probably my personal nickname for the "TYBW Aizen - Agony Version," a tag team that has both Aizen and Chair-Sama (Despite that there's another TYBW Aizen that also has this nickname.).

CL - Short for "Character Link(s)."

Disciple - A Summon that has some sort of immunity to hazards in some way. (aka "Disciple(s) of Lily").

Lead Singer - The lead Unit that's on the leader spot. Also known as the "Leader."

Mafia - They're a bunch of troublesome human NPCs.

PE - Short for "Point Event."

Pet(s) - Probably my personal nickname for Epic Raid familiars.

Squad 4 Unit - A Summon that heals the whole party.

T(Number) - Short for Transcendence and how much the CL slot leveling a Summon has. Don't confuse it for a different, but exhausting Transcendence.

Guides

These guides will help with preparing for auto-ing.

https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2990821226

These guides may sound innocuous and slightly off-topic, but they help with building your Waifu/Husbando to prepare them for auto-ing (and other things, like Senkaimon). Sorry, if some of them are advance-ish.

https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2891625825

https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2894309809

https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2818138155

https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2911482802 - This one is just for "extra Omp" to them. It's because, you'll need these Summons*, because you'll need them for farming certain scrolls in certain single player modes.

https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2746681532 - This is an honorable mention, but a huge one. You'll see others, including me, using these phrases and slang. Unlike, the "unimaginative" new words found here.

* Note: Unless, you already got your waifu/husbando to 15/15/15 or 20/20/20 and their Bonus Ability is reading. If that's the case, you don't need some of these characters in that cheat sheet guide.
Most Game Modes

If you're AFK for a long while, the Auto button will trigger on.

Most SAD Units are good for auto-ing, but there's very few exceptions to this rule (like Chair-Sama Aizen).

In some multiplayer modes, like Epic Raid, Epic Co-Op and Co-Op. Some hosts will kick ya, despite being a genius/being a bonus, bringing in Anni Aizen/Chair Sama Aizen/ your strongest Auto-Summon and even putting a CL, like Sun-Sun (Manor) for good measure. Because, there's a meme about the BBS community, it's that "They can't read." It's better that you make your own lobby or go with guild mates/friends/those in your friend list.

Da Mafia

It doesn't matter what the game modes are, if they are Easy, Extreme, Ultimate, Normal, or Ultra. Beware of the Mafia goons. Ignore the fact that you have Ywach or some crazy powerful new Summon, they will injure ya greatly.

But since this is an auto-ing guide, your waifu/husbando won't survive the encounter with the Mafia (Except for some few exceptions and proper preparation).
Quincy Encyclopedia - Extremely Basic Accessory Builds

Equipping the right Accessories will make all the difference, going "unequipped" can only go so far, and with certain modes and how difficult they are. Going without Accessories is a bad candle/ticket/time wasting idea. It's better to go with a different color Accessory than with no Accessory.

The basic builds for your Units should be:

NAD/Normal Attack Damage Summons

The NADs are mainly the fighting types, think of them like Scraggy.

  • Chappies
  • Attack Accessories, like the Quincy Cross.
  • Hollow Bait

SAD/Strong Attack Damage Summons

The SADs are mainly the spiritual monk types, think of them like Meinshao.

  • Yuki
  • Pupples
  • Spiritual Pressure items
  • Shinji's Hunter's Cap

To tell which Accessories equips to whom:

The SAD has the Frenzy skill, whereas the NAD has the Flurry skill.

Jack Of All Trade Accessories

Here's two of the that can go on ANYONE. SAD, NAD and anyone, ya name it. The only time when they won't, is when the second trait is favoring either the

Da Tenshintai

The Tenshintai is mainly used in modes, like Epic Raid and Senkaimon. It's to clear the room and KO the boss in one go. Since, it increases the power and might of the Special Move.

The K Watch brings home the Coins.
How To Stack
This is an example of stacking.

"Stacking" is the act of combining similar items/Summons when equipping them on a character's Accessory or Character Link slots.
When it comes to doing this doubling/tripling Characters and/or Accessories in those slots, they cannot be the same character/accessory.* They need to be slightly different. So, ya can get double/triple the good desirable effects. - Just like the example above.

Accessories

Some of these Accessories, just set some of your Accessories aside and make them be maxed leveled (Don't level and evolve these up to 5 though). It doesn't matter if some have lower stars, you need them to be the 4 or 5 star(s)'s side kicks and get some extra perks that can only be obtained just by stacking alone.

If you don't have the 5 Star Summons or the much needed Accessory, use the "weak" ones, like a 3 Star Pumpkin-Hime or that 2 Star K Watch. They will give you the desired effects, until, you obtain a stronger Summon or evolve some of your Accessories.

Character Link-ing

Summons can be used as "Accessories", which is what the Soul Traits and CLs are for. This comes in handy when you don't have the proper accessory or a different color one.

Sometimes to get the full benefits of using a Character's Soul Trait, ya have to full level up the Summon for increase oomph or to get a secondary effect. Just like the Yukio examples here, the fully leveled one increases an attack's strength far better than the 5 Star one. And the honorable mentioned Uyru has two Soul Traits: Normal Attack Damage and Damage Taken.

Pets

In Epic Raids, the pets can also be stacked. It's a bit easier to do this, because, two of the same pets have different bonus abilities.

* If I know that I'll be doing a tricky mode, I double the Normal/Strong attack recharge character links.

Tackling The Easy Game Modes

Summon Set Up

Here's a wonky example of a "Runner" and his set up. This is a semi-bad example, since it's for the DQ Pot modes. Not the "baby, lazy" auto-ing that's being discussed here.

Unlike the upcoming chapters, ya don't need super strong characters, they can be level 30, 80, or even 100. These levels have weak foes.

Now, I first I form a team. The leader is the Lead Singer/Babysitter, the strongest/semi-strongest. Also, this depends on how hard/difficult the mode is, what Accessories, I use, and what characters that I put in the Character Links into him. Now the best Character Links are the ones that have the Soul Trait of:

  • Normal/Strong attack recharge*
  • Heal/recover between quest area.
  • Damage Taken

Honorable Mentions:

These CL are depending on the game modes:

  • Potion/Droplet drops (like the [Green] Rose (Lost Agent) or Sun-Sun (Manor)).
  • Coin Drop increases
  • Crystal/Jewery Drop increases

Accessories

  • Hojiku-Zai
  • Electric Guitar
  • Hunter's Cap
  • Golden Chappy/Bunny Chappy (Depending on my waifu/husbando's skill).
  • Hollow Bait (It's the same situation as Chappy).

Honorable Mentions:

These Accessories are depending on the game modes/situations:

  • Zetaborutan Pill
  • Food - They lessen the environmental damages.
  • Seireitei Bulletins - They can be stacked, if ya wanna quickly level characters.

The reasons for this whole team set up, it's so, in case the leader falls. The other guy will carry. - This won't work well at times, because, I sometimes set up as one strong guy and two under level ones. - Like one strong guy and two level ones.

Stuff, like the K Watches and the Seireitei Bulletins, can be stacked if ya really want more dough or to speed up leveling under leveled Summons. Using a set of 1 -5 Stars on one Summon can boost stuff up to 45%.

Tackling The Hard/Difficult Game Modes - Set Ups

For most of these game modes that are in the upcoming chapters, the mindset of "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." Is more apparent than in the previous chapters. First of all, the Summons/Units need to be strong, like Level 200 and with T15 (or T20), probably rezzed up and stacked with a mixture of maxed out level 4 and 5 Accessories. Or if you want to lazily level up your Summons, make sure that they're some of the newer Summons/Units, that can pack a punch, despite being under leveled and with no Ts. - A "safe" underleveled Summon is Lv.150 or Lv. 160.

Regarding the under level Summons and bringing them into these particular hard modes, preparation and considerations need to be taken. If you need to just take one or none at all. - It's just a bad idea to take an under leveled Summon on some of the more difficult modes.

But the auto-ing setup and idea that was shown in the previous chapters also applies here. Though with slight differences.

Note: Be aware that auto-ing is tricky or outright borderline impossible to do in some of these modes. Tricky as in "at times, you need another human to carry ya. While ya auto."

Squad 4 Summons

If you have trouble clearing a stage, just put a Healer Summon in your team as a sidekick or equip a Summon in the Character Link (s) that has the Soul Trait: "Regain Stamina When moving to the next area." Add a hi as an Accessory for oomph.

These are guides that have a list of Group Healing Summons:

Squad 4 Summons - Disciples Of Immunity Lily

Summons, like this TYBW Ichigo (2022), I regard as a "Squad 4 Summon" in a team. But it depends on the game mode and several factors that you'll be taking your team and auto-ing. It's because of their ability, this type of summon, gives immunity to environmental hazards for the whole team. - Preventing burn, poison, paralyze and ya name it. They're like the food accessories, except that ya don't need to equip them to every member of your party. So, if your team dies, despite that ya KNOW that you can bypass the game mode/stage. Just restart the level, slap and prepare one of these special Summons in your team.

Other times, just slap one of Immunity Lily's Disciples as the Lead Singer/Babysitter leader. Then watched as he/she clears the whole room, because environmental hazards mean nothing to him/her. Though in singleplayer the other team members are just the sidekicks that don't do a thing (Because, depending on how ya built things, they don't have to step up to the plate.)

These guides have a list of the immunity units.

Story Mode - Hard

I need to experiment.

I'm trying to finish my backlog of single player games.
Chronicle Quest

This might be an overkill on my part, since, CQ is an easy singleplayer mode. Just treat it like the easy modes in the previous chapters.

For Chronicle Quest, just give your team these Accessories:

  • K Watch
  • Chappy
  • Hollow Bait
  • Pill

And for your Character Link(s), put the Units that have these Soul Traits:

  • Increase Crystal/Jewel drops
  • Increase Coin Drop
  • Decrease Damage (Whatever it's called)
  • Any that uses Stamina Recovery.
  • Any that does group healing.
  • Strong/Normal Attack Recharge.

If things get bad, just put in a "Squad 4" unit, if ya have room in your team. But prepare your nurse waifu/husbando.

Just experiment with this everything and find your mojo.

Squad 4 Units

Point Event - Nightmare Mode

To prepare for these game modes, the preparations for this are a mild form of "anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." Along with the mindset from the previous chapters.

Point Event Extra Quest: Ultra

Your team needs to be T5 and above to access and tackle this mode.

Stacked the whole team with the proper Accessories and Character Link(s) and add a Squad 4/Disciple Of Lily into the team, act as if the Leader and the Backup Singers are in a one man team doing the whole run. Just in case the leader falls, then there will be a Strong/Semi-Strong Summon to complete the final leg of the stage.

Difficult Quests
Inheritance Zone

Here's where this Ulquiorra (Healer) set up is most appropriate.

Character Links

With your Summon, I recommended that you give your leader and the backup singers that have these particular Soul Traits.

  • Two "Recharge" attacks.
  • A damage taken.
  • Recover Stamina/Group heal between quests.

Accessories

It all depends on the situations, like your play style, how hard the mode is, what husbando/waifu you're using and game mode. The leader should only be the one armed with the Tenshintai, not with the backup singers.

There are exceptions to this rule though.
Co-Op/Epic Co-Op

Like with singleplayer mode, it's so easy to auto in Co-Op/Epic Co-Op. One can just prep the waifu/husbando and mostly forget about them as they complete the mode.

Depending on the difficulty of the mode, another person will have to carry ya.

Things to keep in mind:

  • The injured AI will occasionally miss out green light orbs. (Unless, these healing orbs are in it's way).
  • The AI will occasionally miss Potions/Super-Potions/Droplets at the end area, before the boss stage. (Similar to the example above).
  • May do something stupid that will increase high chances of death, especially when dealing with the boss.
Epic Raid
The auto-Ichigo is now carrying this chapter, since I dislike auto-ing in Epic Raid. Unless, I absolutely have to.

It's tricky to auto here, because, unlike co-op and the single player modes, your Summon is stationary, except for dishing out dirt. He won't dodge the booby traps, bombs, and death rays. One needs to check a bit to make sure that your Summon isn't KO or worst, the whole team is knocked out, when you could've revived/ would give the others extra minutes to revive or you can solo the raid boss manually.

So, if you're auto-ing in this mode, just check repeatedly to make sure/ babysit your waifu/husbando and swipe to dodge.

Or just whip out and prepare "Chair-Sama Aizen" or "Anni Aizen." They're the few that can survive auto-ing, even though they die.

Pet

Your pet(s) can only do so much to prevent ya from getting killed, even though you equipped them and put "Character/Pet Links".
Senkaimon

I need to experiment on this game mode. So, wait.

I don't have enough Units that are T15/T20 or even T5 for that matter. Most of them are 0/0/0 or 1/0/0.
Brave Battles

The stacking concept can also apply to BB, just because everything is auto here, doesn't mean that ya can give the opponent a run for his money.
Three Best Auto-Summons
This is a list of the three best auto-ing Summons that one can use. - Mostly recommended by others. Be aware if one wants better results than what I can give, get a bunch of dupes and fuse them to your main card(s). Plus, there's more good auto-characters, just experiment, find your own (I'll make a guide about my personal faves, later on).

This list is not just for the "hard"/"normal" modes, they're also for difficult modes, like"Ultra". They can clear most game modes.

6th Anniversary Aizen (Aka Anni Aizen)

I use him for when I know that there's a hard room, I can't play manually for the time being or when I'm lazy. Remember he's a bit of a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to various game modes. I suggest that ya pull for a few, one for Brave Battles, another for PVE stuff (By the time that this guide gets posted, I'm trying to turn my dupe Anni Aizen into a coin-drop Unit.).

TYBW Masaki (Past Version)

According to Tite Kubo, she's one of the strongest auto. (He also wants someone to call him, if there's a stronger Summon than her).*

She's limited, only showing up when the TYBW banners show up. This means that they show up either randomly/every three-ish months.

* Note: I dunno if he replaced her by now. But I still see Masaki around (like Epic Raid, Co-Op and Arena. But I dunno if this is for auto-ing purposes.). I'll try to draw her to see if she's like Anni-Aizen.

TYBW Aizen - Agony (Aka Chair-Sama Aizen)

He's a very good auto-er, up to the level of Anni Aizen, but he has slight differences. Mainly a gauge bar that can dish out a full charge attack and can read ANY dodging foes (Never mind the Affiliation and elemental type disadvantages). Therefore, Agony Josh Groban is good for certain Senkaimon floors and modes, like the Inheritance Trials.

Unfortunately, like TYBW Masaki, he's limited, only showing up 3 months later/whenever TYBW pops up. Spend your Orbs on him, when he does show up. Unlike, Anni Aizen, who shows up frequently.

I believe Frenzy is for SAD, while Flurry is for NAD.
