Fix bug that could cause it to hang during UAV view at start of mission

Fixed bug where placing the bunker too far from the AO could cause the mission to end immediately.

Added weather (random, good, moderate, bad)

Updated to allow running from a dedicated server

Added 'anywhere' location that chooses any place on the map with a few buildings.

If the missions hangs, try the 'reset settings' option
