um, isn't this just the regular dota 2 artwork for Morphling put on top of a blue t-shirt.

No thanks. It feels kind of awkward in design anyway.

PG | Ne0 - this isn't a "half way shirt"
it's an asymmetrical (not symmetrical) Design.
wich makes it look and feel different then other designs,
and in my eyes, it makes it way more cooler and interesting.
