Items can no longer be repaired by downscaling them. Mainly relevant to story items that should not be able to be repaired once broken.

Added a new settings option to disable rarity-based down-scaling of items.

This is primarily intended for compatibility with other mods that have an item levelling system.

Minor updates to dialogue. See previous update for the major changes.

Improved clarity in the dialogue (book menu).

Exiting the settings menu now updates your items to match your rarity preferences.

From now on, all items you obtain have their original level stored along with them. If you disable scaling for items of particular rarities they will revert back to the original level you first obtained them at.

Note: This applies only to items obtained after this update was pushed. Items you already had in your inventory prior to this update have their current level at the time of this update stored as their 'original level'.

Also adds book on first time recruiting a character now. (Extender required as the menu is otherwise useless).

Book is now only ever added once to characters. Menu is now registered to LeaderLib if you have that installed.
