Basically, it makes the skill Apothesis (an existing spell already in the game) into an infinite duration toggle. Just in case anyone wants something like this, but that doesn't add a script or touch every other spell in the game. At worst, this would revert changes any other mods you have make to just that one spell.
To be clear: I am not saying this is a better mod. That said, since it decreases the Source soft of every spell by 3, and AFAIK the most expensive spell only costs 3, it would mean you can cast source spells with no source. You just have to be sure you don't ever toggle it back off and you're good to go. I like this solution the best of what's out there, but use whatever works for you, folks!

nope, it doesn't. I purposefully made it work with enemies on the GM version.
I think I can do that now that GM allows scripting. I'll give it a shot
