In reaction to the video you published yesterday about speed, if you really want to find out if it's source that spits randomly accurate data :
You could try to use the Game State Integration (only on CS:GO / CS2) to pull out player position data in real time then calculate the speed from it.

This is honestly a very cool concept. I think it would be possible to render all of this through source engine demo playback (or something else, like a source mod) instead of blender. This would save on render time and make the end result with proper textures, lighting, etc.
